Tell us a little about yourself and why you own a TAXA?

Our work can be very consuming and taxing both mentally & physically, so when we get downtime - we love to get off the grid and disconnect. Our Woolly Bear makes it that much easier to pack up and head out to reconnect with nature and the things that mean most to us on a personal level.

Where is your favorite place to take your TAXA?

Colorado!

Who do you explore with?

My wife Brit & our red heeler / corgi mix Bandit. Beyond my little gang, we often travel with a group of three other couples once a year.

What are your favorite outdoor activities?

Mountainbiking, dirtbiking, fly fishing, camping, & most recently - trying to surf.

Do you have any hacks or mods that you've done to your habitat to enhance your travels?

I wouldn't call them hacks, but I've added a full time solar panel mounted to our Big Country 4x4 hardshell tent that's constantly feeding the battery. Other than that, the addition of the Waterport water tank has been an awesome luxury.

Tell us your favorite unique habitat story.

We took the Woolly Bear up to Colorado and back on dirt roads and muddy 4x4 trails. I couldn't believe the beating it took and it just kept rolling.

What's one place you'd love to explore?

Patagonia!

I can't leave home without my...

Camera, aeropress, jackery, & pocket knife.
